Everything Are Us respects
your privacy and will never ask you for any personal or private
information in an unsolicited email. I do not capture your email address simply
by browsing our site. No one asks you for your private information when you shop
at a local store, so why should I? Once you make a purchase, I will not
share, give away, or sell your information to anyone, ever.
Because this is what causes spam, and since I don't like getting spam
myself, I surely am not going to do anything to help others spam you!
You will not receive ads or updates from Everything Are Us
until you make a purchase, and even then it will only be occasionally to let you know
of specials, new items, etc. and will be completely conformed to the new
can-spam laws so you may un-subscribe at any time.
Everything Are Us has only one person who will handle or have access to your
email information, and if you un-subscribe from Everything Are Us notices at anytime, we will not keep your email address on file to send any
more soliciting or updated emails to your inbox.
This site also contains links, that if you visit, may pick up
a cookie from your visitation. And you may receive unsolicited email from visits
to any outside links. Always remember to treat your email address just like your
phone number, social security number and credit card information.
Your credit card information: Since I use Paypal for
all transactions, your credit card information is not available to Everything Are Us. Paypal has their own policies for protecting your transactions and are
guaranteed to be safe and secure.

NOTICE:
This site is updated regularly. However, every now and then an order is placed
before a discontinued or out of stock item can
be removed. If this happens to you, you will be issued a complete refund.
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from Everything Are Us. And I will stand by any product for it's quality, condition and appearance. If you should have any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me by phone or email immediately. Your personal attention, is my promise.
Your Satisfaction, Is My Standard
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. I Offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed , If you are not happy with your order simply return it for a full refund minus shipping and handling charges. To qualify for full refund the product must be unused no noticeable wear and tear, you must request a Return Authorization within 30 days from receiving your order. You can request it by emailing me at trcks03@aol.com . You must save all original box and packaging slips. We reserve the right to inspect the merchandise if item is returned in unacceptable condition we will reject the return and mail back the product at your cost. Refund is only issued once we have received the merchandise.
Damaged Merchandise:
Although rare, if you should receive any item that has been
damaged, either in transit or by fault of the supplier, it will either be
replaced or you will receive a full refund if Everything Are Us is contacted
within fifteen (15) days of your purchase. If you suspect the item has been damaged by the
shipper, please contact me immediately, even if the shipper refuses to accept
responsibility. I make an effort to remove the complication of returns.
Even items that have been purchased by a customer from your place of business
and then returned because of any malfunction or discovered damage caused by the
supplier or shipper, will also be replaced or you will be given credit for it
within your next purchase; whichever you choose. Items that have been abused or
neglected by you or the customer after purchase or within your place of business
after arrival, cannot be replaced. Please email me from the

Missing Merchandise:
If there is anything missing in your order or within a box
containing an item with several parts, please contact me and it will be
reshipped and/or replaced as soon as possible.
Shipping:
All items are guaranteed to arrive in a timely manner,
usually within ten to fifteen (10-15) business days of the order being placed in the computer
database. Please contact me if your order has not arrived after fifteen (15)
business days of purchase and it will be tracked for you. However, sometimes
holidays or an unusual amount of orders can slow down delivery time. But feel
free to contact me with any questions.

Alabastrite
Alabastrite is our suppliers product line name for polyresin items. Alabastrite
is a stone-based
material which can be intricately molded producing great
detail, and will allow paint to adhere.
These items may be cleaned by dusting, however, they should
not be washed with water as they
are painted with water soluble paints.
